I9100 Install Guide

*We take no responsibility for anything that may happen to your device while rooting or flashing our rom. Please follow ALL instructions carefully*

Rooting your device:

You’ll need a kernel that has CWM (ClockWorkMod) Recovery. Siyah Kernel can be used on stock roms to give you root, you can download that here: http://www.gokhanmoral.com/

Flashing MIUI Scotland:

First of all please make sure you have downloaded the correct rom for your device - If you haven’t already done so they can be found here:

http://miuiscotland.co.uk/site/rom-downloads/

Once you have the rom downloaded, simply add it to your phones memory. You’ll then need to reboot your phone into recovery mode - volume up + power + home button.

To do a ‘clean’ install including format follow these steps:
1 - Wipe data/factory reset
2 - Wipe cache partition
3 - Advanced - Wipe Dalvik Cache - Go back
4 - Mounts and Storage - Format /system - Go back
5 - Install zip from sdcard - choose zip from sdcard or choose zip from internal memory (which ever you used) -
     scroll to the zip file (miuiscotland_i9100-x.x.xx.zip) choose this and let it install
6 - Go back to the main menu and choose reboot system
