Homescreen icon labels text size was reduced
Small margin on the sides
AccuWeatherS3 widget's size was reduced to fit the smaller cells

Install manually
1) Copy the files and folders in the "system" folder to your "root/system" directory
2) Set the permissions of the newly created .apk and .so files to "rw-r--r--"
3) Reboot
4) Choose Touchwiz Home as launcher
5) Enjoy!

[PORTED] [BETA] Samsung Galaxy S3 launcher now for ALL ICS ROMS
Thanks to Steve0007 successfully ported the launcher for all ICS ROMS. Unsure about gingerbread, someone could give it a try and see how that works. Copy to system/app folder or just install as a user app , it doesn't make a difference.Something that PoorCollegeGuy pointed out to me is that PaWill started this, even though I didn't know about it so thanks to PaWill for starting this, this is my work but PaWill started this whole idea.
TO ADD WIDGETS, COPY TO SYSTEM/APP, CHANGE PERMISSIONS TO RW/R/R, then install again as usual, then press home, and Widgets will work. DO NOT CONVERT TO SYSTEM APP, MANUALLY COPY IT TO SYSTEM/APP CLEAR DATA IN SETTINGS .
SOLUTION FOR CONSTANT FC, FOUND BY JASSI32 If after reboot it constant FC
1. Go to system/app and install it from system/app
2. Then delete apk from system/app
3. Reboot WORKS 100%
